People Person指的是什么样的人

今天小编来为大家普及一波关于“社交”的表达，《70年代秀》里Eric准备和朋友去面试汉堡店里的工作面试时出现了这么一段对话：

-- Tell me what do you consider your best quality?  
-- I'm a real people person.  

-- 告诉我，你觉得自己大的优点是什么？
-- 我善于社交。

“people”和“person”虽然都表示“人”，但是“people person”不能翻译为“人人”，而是要翻译为“有人缘的人；善于与人打交道的人；受欢迎的人”。

它的英文解释：Someone who is particularly gregarious affable or outgoing; someone with great interpersonal communication skills. 这个表达可以用在面试中哦。例如：

My late grandfather was such a people person. Whenever he was in the room everyone was all smiles.
我已故的祖父很有人缘，只要他在的地方，大家都会笑容满面。

关于“爱社交的人；善于与人打交道的人”咱们还可以用下面的这些表达：Social Butterfly 交际花，可千万不要把“交际花”翻译成“social flower”！

A social butterfly moves among people at a gathering easily like a butterfly flying from flower to flower.
交际花是指在聚会中能够在人群中自在游走，就像蝴蝶在花朵间来回穿梭一样。这样的人很喜欢与人交流。
