锆英粉适用于盘片制造商

锆英粉是由天然矿砂—锆英砂粉碎而成。主要成分为ZrSiO4（硅酸锆）。理论上ZrO2为67.1%，SiO2为32.9%。现在市场上销售的产品以ZrO2含量计算纯度。 天然一级锆英粉中ZrO2含量为65%左右，比重4.6-4.7g/cm3，莫氏硬度7-8。
硅酸锆化学性质非常稳定，熔点2550℃。因此在摩擦材料中应用可以取得非常理想的效果。主要特点是：
1.提高摩擦系数。
2.由于其抗热震动特性，不产生震动噪音。
3.应用为增磨剂时磨损较小。
